Design
Extensive training and experience in conducting site surveys and designing the most suitable solution to the customer requirements. All designs are calculated to conform to relevant specifications or standard. In offering a design solution we will consider performance requirements, outlet density, location of communications rooms, distances, requirements of services and the existing infrastructure before offering a cost effective solution.

Planning
Our project managers are well versed in defining project requirements. Only by ensuring that a detailed project scope of work is in place, can objectives be successfully monitored and achieved. We also utilize project management software in assisting with the planning of larger installations.

Installation
Our employees are fully trained in installing cabling systems to meet or exceed the standards specified for the particular system. Information issued to installation teams is carefully monitored to ensure that the installation complies with the agreed requirement.

Risk Management
The identification and management of risks is a major factor in the successful completion of projects. The risks may be very different from contract to contract but the key element is to identify potential risks and manage them accordingly.

Completion testing
At NetBlueNM no project is complete until we have conducted 100% testing of all outlets. We utilize a variety of testers including the Agilent WireScope 350 for certifying our installations.

Deliverables
As a final deliverable on your quality project we supply the certified installation results of our testing on hard copy or floppy disk format and detailed schematics from basic layouts to labeled CAD drawings of the project.
